I want to buy an item as a gift - can you send it to the person for me?

Yes - when you checkout you have the option to enter a shipping address which is different from the billing address. The item will be sent to the shipping address given, and the invoice separately to the billing address. All our jewellery is packaged in a stylish jewellery box which makes it perfect for gifting!


Is payment at checkout secure on your site?

Yes - payment is processed via PayPal, and no credit card details are stored here at Bonschelle. To find out more about the secure payment process you can visit the PayPal security information page


I don't have a PayPal account - can I pay by debit/credit card?

Yes - at checkout you will be redirected to the PayPal payment processing site where you can choose to enter your credit/debit card information. No PayPal account is required.


How will I know if my order has been shipped?

We send order status updates when your order is being processed and again when the item is being shipped. You can also view this information in your account pages if you are a registered customer. 



How should I clean my Bonschelle jewellery?

Bronze and silver jewellery naturally tarnishes over time. We recommend carefully cleaning with a silver polishing pad or good quality, not harsh or too abrasive, polish (such as Wernol (Glanol)) and buffing with a soft cloth. If the jewellery piece contains stones, colour accents or resin, carefully clean around these so as not to scratch or dull the surface (we find a cotton bud works well for this).
