    • Do you have a brick and mortar store I can visit?

    Sorry, no - Bonschelle products are currently only available to buy online.

    • I want to buy an item as a gift - can you send it to the person for me?

    Yes - when you checkout you have the option to enter a shipping address which is different from the billing address. The item will be sent to the shipping address given, and the invoice separately to the billing address. All our jewellery is packaged in a stylish jewellery box which makes it perfect for gifting!

    • Is payment at checkout secure on your site?

    Yes. You can choose to pay by Shopify Payments or PayPal. Both accept most major credit cards. Please note Shopify can not accept Maestro cards in the UK. No credit card details are stored here at Bonschelle. To find out more about the secure payment process you can visit the Shopify payment information page or  PayPal security information page

    • I don't have a PayPal account - can I pay by debit/credit card?

    Yes - at checkout you will be redirected to the PayPal payment processing site where you can choose to enter your credit/debit card information. No PayPal account is required.

    • How will I know if my order has been shipped?

    You will receive an email notification when the order has been shipped. You can also view this information in your account pages if you are a registered customer.

    • How should I clean my Bonschelle jewellery/accessories?
