Shipping & Returns
Shipping times are estimates and I can not be held responsible for any delays incurred by the carrier. Overseas customers are responsible for paying any customs duties. When orders are sent outside of the UK the delivery is usually the responsibility of the postal service in the country the order is being sent to. Please note that sometimes delays can be caused by customs checks.
Tracking your item
You can see the tracking status of your order by by entering the tracking number on the Royal Mail tracking website. Please note that refunds or replacements can not be made by Bonschelle for orders reported as not received if they are shown as having been delivered and signed for by the tracking information.
Items are handmade and will generally be dispatched within 3-5 working days, but I keep some items ready in stock to send out more quickly. Please contact me if you would like to know if you can have something dispatched sooner. See below for shipping times.
The shipping times once the item is dispatched as estimated by our shipping carrier are as follows:

I will be happy to refund any items that you are not happy with. If you change your mind about your order the items must be returned in the same condition they were received in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. For order cancellations please see the full Terms and Conditions. Personalised or custom made items are excluded from such returns.
Items can not be refunded or replaced due to non-delivery if the delivery address supplied to Bonschelle was incorrect. Items can also not be refunded or replaced if the item is shown as delivered in the tracking information.
Personalised items are not eligible for refund due to mistakes in personalisation details if incorrect information was supplied by the customer. Please ensure all information supplied is correct before final purchase.
Faulty items received will be refunded the cost of the item including postage paid on the order using the payment method used for the original order, for faulty items within 30 days of purchase. A replacement may be issued instead of a full refund if so requested. After 30 days items will be repaired or replaced instead of refunded.
Items must be returned with a returns form which you can download here. We will confirm receipt of your returns information within 2 working days. The customer will pay for the cost of returning goods, unless the goods are faulty.
It is strongly recommended that proof of posting be obtained or goods be returned using a 'signed for' or tracked mail delivery service to ensure the returned goods have been received by us. Please note that these are guidelines only and delivery before Christmas can not be guaranteed. Some areas may still be experiencing postal delays due to the COVID-19 situation, and due to the busy postal period leading up to Christmas. I would recommend that purchases are made as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
